In my opinion, the best opportunities to make profit from the sports markets are found in games which are open and high scoring. These are certainly the games which I enjoy trading most and those that fit my personal style (I am generally much more interested in the Over/Under and Correct Score markets than the 1X2 match odds markets). The problem is finding matches which offer this potential amongst the ever expanding card of fixtures.
I have been working on a filtering system to overcome this problem and pinpoint the type of fixtures which are likely to be high scoring. This process has become central to my trading research and with a little bit of creativity in your approach they can be extremely profitable in the long term.
